Terrible customer service and the owner Mike is in Indiana so he doesn't have time to come to Texas when there is issues. Told my wife we are just a number to him. So rather than come down and fix the issue he just canceled our "service" if that's what you want to call it. We had virtually no Internet because it was so intermittent. DO NOT USE!

Absolutely worthless company. It is a mom and pop shop that has no idea how run a simple network. The "owner" Mike was extremely disrespectful. The service was barely good enough to support our 4 person office and they refused to work with our IT support to try and fix the issues. DO NOT go with them if your business depends on it. You will just throw money away

Horrible Customer Service! I called to inquire about new service on Friday and was told someone in Texas would call me back (they are open 7 days a week mind you) and on Wednesday I was told they would call me back again so I told them if I did not get a call by noon I would take my business elsewhere and they called me back to tell me to do just that.
