Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory

Today I stopped at Rosa's. The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building all the way to Big Spring St. I got in line anyway because my whole family loves the food. By the time I got to the window, there was a line behind me just as long. Every time I go I ask for "no caliente" sauce. You can't eat mexican food without sauce right!!!! Well....I only get "no caliente" about 25% of the time. I get "medio caliente" 75% of the time. The girl who hands me the food always insists that she put in "no caliente". So from now on, when I get to the window, I'm going to turn off my vehicle, and hold up everyone in the long line behind me, until I open the bag, take out the sauce container, and taste it. If it's medio....I'm going to stay parked there until the manager comes and personally gets me the correct sauce. REALLY??? Is it so hard to give people the correct food that they are paying for??
