L & J Services Air Conditioning & Heating

We had our AC blow out on us, they were referred to us by our ins. They came out the next day, said they had to order a part. My husband had to call THEM late the next day, they hadn't even ordered the part yet..sure did cash our check though. Said they'd order it that day. Waited all weekend (mind you, they knew we had 2 very young children, this is west TX heat we're dealing with here) My husband had to call THEM once again on Monday afternoon, come to find out they had a family emergency to tend to. Nothing wrong with that, but at least keep in contact with your customers and do your job!!! Now we have to go hunting for someone else to fix out AC. RIDICULOUS! Learn how to run a business!

L&J installed a new system and ran new duct for me after we put on a new addition to the house. I will use them for all my AC needs.

Don't even bother calling these guys! They did nothing but make assumptions without looking for the problem, and walked in and out and got our hard earned money for it! We called Midland AC and they found the problem immediately in less than 5 minutes and fixed it! I would not recommend these guys at all!

These guys were fast, friendly, and affordable! Call them!
