Wheeler Road Mini-Storage strives to meet all of Mid-Michigan's storage needs at affordable prices! Our facility is lit, asphalted, fenced, and secured. We take great pride in giving our tenants peace of mind while they store their belongs with us. Also renting a storage unit is quick and easy. UNITS Our facility offers the following: units from 10'x10' to 12'x40' with a standard garage door, 18'x40' condo units with a 14 foot door and service door, and outside parking. Click here for details of the different units we offer. ACCESS Tenants will have 24/7 access to the facility as long as rent is current. Tenants supply their own lock and Wheeler Road MIni-Storage will supply the key to the gate at time of renting. LEASE To rent a unit, the tenant must be present to review, sign the lease to the unit, and pay the first month's rent (First mont's may be pro-rated). Each lease is on a month to month basis with a minimum of one full month. The process takes as little as 10 minutes at the office. RENT We do not do monthly billing. Rent is due on the 1st of every month, unless prepaid. Payments are date stamped when received and a late fee of $15.00 will be added to any and all accounts with a balance remaining on the 6th of each month. We take check, cash or money order. When paying in cash, change is never kept at the office so bring exact change. Also in paying in cash you will get a receipt (check and money orders do not). You can mail your payment, drop it off at the office in person during the normal business hours, or you can take advantage of our drop box during after hours. TERMINATING LEASE A 30-day writen notice is requred before vacating. If no proper written notice is given 30 days prior to vacating, tenants will be responsible for rent 30 days after found vacate and any prepayments will be forfeited. The 30-day written notice can be printed off here.
