Don't recommend Barb Tahash or Lisa Lundahl (said she was the 1 in charge of TNT) Had Class with Barb. 1st night of class, before class even started, Barb said my dog had to have a prong collar on cuz he was a large breed, Great Dane. Barb also put prong collars on a Lab and German Shepard. Barb called my dog a "drama queen" several times during the classes we had. on the 4th class she took the leash from me saying I wasn't correcting my dog properly. Barb then started yanking on the leash. Each time harder and harder. #4 & #5 my dog turned his head towards her to try and get her to stop. #6 time yanking on his leash Barb by this time was using all her weight. My dog turned his head and grabbed her arm to get her to stop hurting him. Class continued, we had to make our dogs sit and Barb came around and petted each one. My dog didn't even move when Barb came by, even after the abuse she gave him. A week later Barb sent email stating my dog couldn't come back to class, there was 2 classes left, BUT TNT would pay for 1 session with a trainer. Barb gave me this trainer's info, email address was incorrect. I emailed the address I had and never heard anything. After trying to get ahold of trainer I found her on Facebook. Come to find out I was given the wrong email address. set up appointment and when it came time for TNT to pay for the class Lisa Lundahl refused to pay for it. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and made a complaint and Lisa replied to them that she was not going to pay for my dogs class that I was told they'd pay for and threw the emails she was belittling me and cutting me down as a dog owner, saying things that were not true at all. I would not trust TNT or anyone that works for them or with them!! Yanking on my dogs collar 6 times causing the prongs to go deeper and deeper into his neck each time is abuse!! The way they conduct themselves professionally is horrible!!

Amazing facility!!! Owner Lisa Lundahl, staff, and trainers are friendly and helpful. Such a fun place to play with your pups! We are so lucky to have such a beautiful place for Agility Trials.

TNT in Midland, MI & trainers Lisa Lundahl, Beth Brookens & Nancy Brissette we cannot recommend unfortunately. We're appalled at how they treated patrons after a incident at Lisa's. We encourage you to visit you tube and see for yourself how atrocious Lisa was to them. They play favorites with people like Jamie Waters & her daughter H, their dog prancer was too young, had NOT worked like everyone else it's way up to the level of class the trainers Nancy, Beth and Lisa allowed this dog to participate in. They allowed him on turf because these patrons had another dog who was in advanced courses so they jumped this dog ahead and it got another dog almost attacked. Search TNT you can find the RECORDING They're proud of everything & continue to take zero responsibility for a situation that could have easily been handled with NO ONE being kicked out. Shame on Lisa, Beth, Nancy AND Jamie Waters for not teaching your child to apologize after she lost control of a dog and it almost attacked!
