M.A Whiten Signs

I thought they did a wonderful job installing signs for our church, but I was wrong. They made and installed 5 signs for our church and we were very happy with the job they did. One of the signs came off the pole and was found by church member. She brought to the church and it had a great big hole where the top bolt was secured because the bottom bolt was not attached to the sign. Because the bottom bolt was not properly installed, the wind wore a hole where it was attached at the top. I called Mr. Whiten to let him know what happened and he told me it would not be a problem to fix it. He didn't call back, so I called and told him I could take it to the store. He said they were always out on jobs and he would contact me later. I called two more times and he still has not returned my call. I thought I was dealing with someone who would stand behind his work, but obviously I was wrong. I would not recommend his company.

Very professional and reliable. I've worked with several sign companies over the years. None better than Whiten Signs n' Lighting. They delivered over and beyond my expectations.
