Royal Pines Apartments

I really like this place. Its clean, and I have not seen any bugs... But I also live clean! I keep to myself and no one bothers me at all here! the couple of times I have needed something fixed it was done the same day I made the complaint! Plus these people spray all the apartments twice per month! Unless you are a complete pig I cannot see how you can have bugs here! I pay my rent and the landlords leave me alone!

So... don't move here. The person above me's shower leaks into my bathtub... and by leaks I mean POURS... They took the "access panel" off about 2 months ago to "fix it" and never came back, despite my multiple complaints to maintenance. Ever since that panel came off, we have ROACHES everywhere, bedbugs... My son is almost a year old and walking and I've seen mice crawling in his toy box. THIS is disgusting. And whoever said they spray for bugs LIED, they've been in here maybe twice in 6 months to spray and they barely touch anything but the light fixtures and the cabinets, so it doesn't do anything. Currently looking for a new place to rent. I can't have my son in this environment....

Hi ! My name is Clint Inlow. I and my girlfriend Barbara Kidd lived at Royal pines for a number of years.The issue of bedbugs or roaches was never a problem . The apartments were sprayed every 2 weeks. I know this because I was the maintenance man.If people are complaining about bedbugs and roaches then they carried them in when they moved in.Stop putting the blame on the owners. Fessup, shame the devil, and put the blame were it goes.on yourself......oh and on a side note I also lived on Wilbraham Rd and this place has no bedbug or roach problems.

We have lived here since end of Sept of 2014...it was about a month later we started seeing reaches since then they have doubled..now as of today we kill about10 to 20 reaches a day...do not rent here...we. are looking for a new place cuz we can no longer handle them anymore...when we get up in morning we have to kill roaches n disinfect our counters just to make breakfast..

I enjoy living here. I have been here for 7 months and the maintenance is great and the management is wonderful! I did have an issue with bedbugs I found 4 I notified the management and they IMMEDIATLY took care of the problem! They were kind, fast, and efficient in handling the problem. Not to mention rent is extremely decent and the apartments are nice and nicely sized. And yes every 2 weeks they apartments are sprayed for bugs! It is a great precaution. so there is my two cents. we have no bugs. Management handled it immediately and the bugs are gone! I love it! Great place great price great management!

Tim this is not a competitor I lived at the one on north verty pky that place is full of bed bugs and roaches and yea u do spray twice a month but even youn own maintenance man bobby said it dont work that place is a joke and I dont recommend anyone to live there your brother is a pervert and harass anyone who looks good you guys need to have that place shut down and tim if u feel lik this is a competitor feel free to contact me I would love to here what u have to say you are full of it and dont have any right to run that place your a joke

3000 North Verity is the office address for the apartment complex Royal Pines Apartments in Middletown OH. There have been may cases of bed bugs at these apartments which are not being handled correctly causing them to stick around and continue to go from apartment to apartment.
