Rhonda the manager who is currently working at applewood pointe would be like living with Hitler. The people that we spoke with have also had complaints on how she is running things around these mobile homes. She curses at people who live there and is very discriminating. God Forbid you have to sale your mobile home and move out of town in a hurry she will deny everyone that tries to buy it and try to give you a 3rd of its value. So that she can make a huge prophet out of it or try to get you to just take off and leave so that she can steal you mobile home and make 100% prophet. This is a HUGE warning to any one who is searching for the perfect mobile home. "RUN LIKE HELL!!" Rhonda needs to LEAVE!!!!
