First I would like to say that Dr. Elmedkhar is a decent Dr., friendly and nice. However, it was very clear to me that he is revenue goaled. He schedules followups unnecessarily. It became obvious to me right away that he only wanted me to come back so he can generate a claim and make money. Yes a Dr. wants to make money but I can't afford to come in for no reason. My husbands prescription ran out and he couldn't make it in beforehand. The Dr. wouldn't even prescribe the meds for 10 or 14 days just to get him by until his next appointment.



I would also like to add that he is way behind in technology. They make appointments on paper and have a pile of unorganized files laying all around the reception desk. This Dr. needs to update with electronic medical records. Even his staff said he was against moving forward.



Is this Dr. interested in helping me or just making money? Since there are other options near by I would choose another Dr.
