Town Place Apartments

If there were 10 stars, I’d be very inclined to associate this review accordingly.



Town Place Apartments are superb from so many perspectives. This coming from a tenant who’d had the most adverse renting experience possible with White & Katzman property management (see reviews on Yelp, Yellow Pages, etc).



Kaylan and Melissa were superb as representatives of the Town Place from Day 1. Kaylan showed us the unit and continued to be accessible for the follow-up questions I had. She was friendly, outgoing and very professional. She put us at ease right away and were I not for her demeanor, we would not have considered even looking at the unit (again, reference our distasteful experience the year prior to Town Place).



The unit was clean, well-maintained and most, if not everything, was in exceptional working order. There were NO glitches or issues with regard to maintenance. They were superb. Timely, efficient & thorough… All the things tenants appreciate. The grounds are exceptionally well-maintained. The gentleman work tirelessly to keep the property in peak working order but also pleasing to the eye. Shrubs, flowers, painting, sidewalks, pavements – you name it – all in tip top shape!



We also had the opportunity to interact with Melissa in the office with regard to rent payments and she was also tremendous in how she interacted with us. There are SO many tenants in this complex and one has to expect that there are diverse personalities and dispositions. Not once did we ever get the sense from Melissa or Kaylan that were a nuisance or that our calls were less important than anything else they had going on. Tremendous and very, very appreciated.



Part way into our lease period we inherited two pets. The Town Place staff was amazing in working with us and providing a pre-move out inspection so that we knew what kind of financial ramifications there might be with regard to the pets or anything else. Again, superb and efficient….



The pool was a great feature. The gas grills were so convenient in the summer. The people that frequent the pool are very nice though some of them can be caddy at times. It’s ok – par for the course.



I can’t begin to go through the spectrum of things that made our experience exceptional with Town Place Apartments and their staff. Simply put the lease was clear and any questions were answered, maintenance was exceptional from A-Z, the parking was suitable, refuse locations were central and accessible, all amenities were great and the fireplaces were a nice touch! Rent from them – you’ll never be sorry!
