Ordered clutch kit from online store phoenixfriction com on Monday Holiday and Tues Kit shipped and received on Friday. I took apart my transmission Sat only to find wrong part was ordered. I emailed Sales at PhoenixFriction com on Sunday and received a response within 2 hours. I did not expect any response until Mon. They quickly discovered they marked item # incorrectly and sent me out the correct clutch Next Day. Rcvd correct clutch on Tues and put incorrect clutch back in back and was picked up next day from front door. I now hold all mail order companies to the high standards that was delivered by Phoenix Friction. Who knows I might even order brakes from them now.
