Frank R. Walsh

Had an infected tooth over weekend. Dr Walsh came in and got me out of pain .

Frank Walsh is a great dentist. He has lost my business due to the practices of his office staff. Bills for services never arrive in the mail. Reminder cards never arrive in the mail. I was recently told to pay hundreds of dollars for services that extend back to mid- 2012. I was only given a hand written ledger with math mistakes on it as proof. When I reconciled with my insurance company, I discovered that not only was I over charged a great deal, but that Frank had ended his contract with my insurance so the last several large procedures that were done, cost much more out of pocket. When I inquired to the office why i was not notified, I was told that they could not possibly know of the "thousands of patients and "thousands of insurance companies" that they have who has what.



I was also told by the office manager that I needed to come into the office to go over the incorrect charges, (that I already paid) when it was convenient for her regardless of my work schedule. She needed to push the meeting out because she was confused and needed to call my insurance company to verify amounts.



Although i would have stayed with this dentist for a long time, maybe even considered paying more when he left the network, not being able to trust the billing and ethical nature of his staff has made me move on. USE CAUTION
