The lady pharmacist that worked on 10/25/2014 was extremely rude to customer. The rest of the staff is very pleasant. The pharmacist told customer that he couldn't pay cash or use credit card for his prescribed medication because it is NY state law??????, customer had no insurance at the time, What a bunch of crap, she needs to learn to be a little more pleasant and polite when communicating with customers. God help you if you don't have health insurance in this pharmacy, this pharmacist treats Some customers like crap and charges the highest price possible because you have no insurance. Example: The medication that I usually get at CVS costs only $42.00 without insurance (cash price), Artis Pharmacy cash price $142.00. See any substantial difference? What a rip off!!! Overall, it's a great pharmacy if you have health insurance. Maybe the pharmacist was just having a bad day, we all do sometimes, but don't take it out on your customers.
