Provided by SuperpagesThis shop goes above and beyond! I broke down on 695 on my way home from spending Christmas with my family and the tow truck driver tows me to Golden Ring Car & Truck Repair. So at a time when money is tight I have to put out more! Apparently my car's water pump and the thermostat needed to be replaced. I just wanted to get home. My car was repaired that very day even though it went a little past the time they closed and I came to find out after comparing prices that the $940.00 was actually a low price. I need my car and I need to be able to rely on it so although I couldn't pay cash I was able to finance right then, right there through their Care Care financing program. Thanks for making a stressful situation a lot less stressful.

Provided by SuperpagesI had a shock absorber go out and a steel belt on a tire break after hitting a hole in I 95. Jim was on the problems quickly and I was on the road again in under 3 hours. The price was reasonable.

I would never go back. I paid $350.00 to have my wheels aligned, 2 light bulbs replaced and 2 nails removed from my tires. And when I asked for an itemized receipt he refused.I checked with the dealer ( Lexus of Towson) and the cost would have been $210.00 .
I guess he only my business on that day. NO INTEGRITY SO SAD.
FYI- I love animals but to have 7 cat's in your place of business is so out of order.

Ms. Ellerbe, We have tried to call you several times to discuss your complaints and you told us you couldn’t talk and would call us back and haven’t so we will address it here. There are some things that you have left out and to unfairly questioned our integrity is just plain wrong. For $350 you had a diagnostic performed to determine the noise you have while driving (which you left out in your complaint), you had an alignment, two tires plugged, and two lights repaired which we had to disassemble and reassemble parts of your vehicle to get to the light assembly to repair them. We did not refuse you an itemized receipt, everything was listed as such on your invoice you received. You knew the pricing up front and okayed everything to be done. We called Lexus of Towson and got quoted by Jeff that an alignment would be $105.95 and to diagnose your noise would be $130.00 and for the lights and tires that they could not quote over the phone and would have to actually see the vehicle. Right there without the lights or tires you are at $235.95, not sure how you got $210.00. Furthermore you didn’t mention how we stayed 45 minutes after we closed waiting for you to pick your vehicle up, and another almost hour trying to get your credit card to go through. We also were able to get you in and completed within a few hours while we in fact were very busy. To question our integrity is not only incorrect but slanderous. As for our cats (which are all rescues we saved) you very much liked them and were petting them. We are not sure what that has to do with any work done to your vehicle.
