They have that big giant sign outside that says AT&T, but this is not a real AT&T main store, they are just an authorized dealer. And why would that make a difference? Well I purchased a Blackberry from them and when the iphone came out I was still within my return period, so I asked if I could exchange the Blackberry for the iPhone, but they did not carry them, and they said they could never carry them, so I requested a refund. They told me they could not credit my credit card, which I could not understand why, and they promised a check would be mailed to me within the week. Two weeks later I called USA Wireless, and they could not explain why I had not received my refund, so they promised it would be in my hands in a week. Two weeks after that, now 30 days since the return, I called AT&T customer service to make a complaint. They told me since they were only authorized dealers and not a dedicated AT&T store, they did not have much recourse in forcing them to refund the money. Well to make an already long story short, I finally received my refund 40 days after promised date, a lot of sweating, and AT&T was powerless to force them to do anything, so BEWARE! Better to go to a true AT&T Store.
