Surgeons Cosmetic Center and Medspa

I had a horrible experience with this business, had placed an appointment and was cancelled. I rescheduled for the next day at a certain time, but when I got to the location I waited and hour to be seen. They kept taking people in that already had procedures done, when i kept asking if i was going to be seen the staff kept telling me that i was next. Once in I asked one of the ladies how long it would take since i needed to go due to having my own business and she told me the doctor would be in soon. A few minutes of waiting I herd the doctor arguing next door with the administrative personnel about a bill, I got mad at this point and went to talk to the front desk to let them know that I needed to go and that if it was going to take any more time. The lady rudely told me that he's a doctor and when you go and see your doctor you need to go with time. I informed them this was the reason to why i had scheduled a visit and thought that it would take a few minutes maybe even an hour but when it took over 2 hours it was absurd and they have no respect for patients time and decided to leave.

Pros: The office looks beautiful. The staff is very polite and well trained, the doctors seem to be very experienced and surgery results are amazing, better than I expected.



Cons: They only have one office and it is very far from me. It is hard to find a parking spot.

I've been to 3 different clinics in the past week for evaluations. These people are by far the nicest and in my opinion the dr is the most experienced. He actualy took his time to see me and I probably asked him close to 100 question. He answered all of them with detail. I dont usually write reviews but they deserve it. My surgery is one week from now
