Mediterranea Condominium Association

This is the worst run condo association in all of Miami - a city known for horrible service.



1. Pool and gym require a key for entry. You need to go to the lobby, give your ID to the security guard, get the key, and go to the 5th floor to use the amenities. Several times I was escorted to the pool and told where to sit. My sister who was visiting went to use the pool, was told "she would NEVER be allowed in the gym" because she was not a resident there. OK.



2. The gym is NOT state of the art as advertised. It is a 10x10 room and consists of 4 treadmills and a bowflex. The lights and AC remain off and the treadmills remain unplugged.



3. You can only water your plants on balcony when its raining.



4. 5 different keys all for simple access into the building. Separate keys for front door, back door, garage door, etc.



I was given a stellar deal on rent but that was not enough to make me stay; will move soon as my lease is up. Horrible association. Ridiculous rules. Very rude security.

This place is horrible!!!!! Architectural wise the building is quite nice, but the people in the association and the ones creating ridiculous rules are the worst people on this planet. Lived here for a year and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!
