        Called to request service and was told tech would be in my home between 11am-2pm called at 1:30pm since I hadn't heard anything from the company or tech and was told tech was running behind. Not a reliable company to depend on as far as time provided ended up cancelling service repair.

        Very bad service

        I Have called this company at 1pm and was told that the technician would be here between 3 and 6 pm, at 7:00pm I called them again and was told that tech. Was the way, nobody never show up or called , really terrible dispatch and unreliable Company, etc......
