Do not buy water heaters from this place. They sell Bradford White and American Water heaters which have the worse reviews I have ever seen. I just had my water heater replaced after 12 years. It ultimately flooded my house. The plumber went to Century and brought me the water heater. I looked up the reviews and I called
Century for a refund and they refused. I have over $30,000 dollars in damage to my house. Would you not be weary of buying an inferior water heater. They are not understanding, professional for that matter. Buyer beware!!!!!! I might have to sue them for the refund and I will.

After 3 months still waiting for complete delivery. Sales rep giving false promises I ordered $3800 worth of bathroom plumbing supplies on April 7th for my house with Century Plumbing Sales Rep Toledo. When I received the delivery I was missing two items Moen Shower Trim and Towel Hanger. When I called the next day of delivery I was told the items were at the store and I could pick up any time. When I went to pick up the items early June, Toledo informed me that they don't have the items in stock and he is ordering them on "Urgent Delivery" and I can pick them up on Thursday June 19th. I called to check on June 20th, but I was told they will be here on June 26th. Then I was told the items will be here on June 30, then July 1st, then on July 2nd Toledo told me that he had spoken to the Moen Company and they are sending my items by overnight delivery and I will have them on July 3rd at 11am. Today July 3rd Toledo informed me that they are just receiving their delivery and I should call them back in an hour, when I called then he asked me for additional hour and now at 2pm I am unable to reach Toledo or their manager. Additionally I had to make numerous calls because the tub that ordered was delayed by two weeks that caused us out of our master bathroom for extra two weeks. Toledo has repeatedly failed to provide us the realistic time line or delivery details. He told us that he has Tracking Information for our items from UPS, but when I called to check to arrange the pick up, I was told they the items were back ordered. Their delay has costed me additional expenses as I have contractors on stand by to finish the job, I had workers come and return as I was missing the parts.

I am an assistant and my boss ...

Avoid purchasing from Century Plumbing at all costs!! Especially avoid working with Yolanda (email: yolanda@centuryplumbing.com) and making orders through the sales man Zaida Alvarez. If you absolutely have to do work with them ask for Bryan Duran if possible.

I am an assistant and my boss requested that I order him a list of items from Century Plumbing that totaled to around $10,000. You would think I would receive outstanding customer service for an order so big, but that is the complete opposite of what was provided by Century Plumbing. Zaida Alvarez, my saleswoman, wrote on every sales order, cash as the payment method which was incorrect. She then went on maternity leave and a person by the name of Yolanda was put in charge of our order.

When remodling your house you need to be able to have the parts distributor and the renovation company to be on the same schedule. The parts came in individually over a span of three months and if some parts were missing nothing was done to order it for my boss. I got into contact with Yolanda, but was only told that she did not know where to start and that I should handle the orders on my own by finding another company. Two important parts for my boss main shower never arrived: a shower bar and a pressure valve diverter until today when I requested a refund.

I was only able to reach Yolanda two times, every time after, no matter what time it was, she was unable to speak because she was with a customer yet my voicemails would never be returned.

In the end, Bryan Duran was the only person who put any effort into my order. Before speaking to him I was told that a refund could only be made if I had the credit card number, which was not written on a single sales receipt. My boss wanted me to say to never buy from Century Plumbing unless they had the last toilet in the entire world.

I totally agree with you. I a...

I totally agree with you. I asked for the manager and they barely speak any English. Being the only female at the store was a great disadvantage already. I spent $300 on toilets but contractor couldnt pick it up on the day of purchase so the same night i researched those toilets and found nothing good about them. So i told my contract to not pick it up and I called to the store to get a full refund since it was never picked up and the 15% restocking fee only apply to items picked up. well, I arrive at 5pm right before they close, they close the door and laughed at me. Today I went there again but i spoke with a manager first to make sure I got the receipts and he promise a full refund before i waste my time to go there. ONce i got there they ask for a contractor's copy of the order which was not written on the fine print. He yell at me telling me to read the fine print, i read it and tell him to read it himself. HE refuse to cooperate and smack my card and invoice on the counter saying if I keep at it, he's not going to refund my money yet they have my toilets that i paid for fully. I am going to try stopping by one more time with a guy who speak spanish. This place is a rip off and employees provide the worst customer service. From now on I am going to homedepot.

NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH

The staff was very unprofessional and promised me my order will be in wthin 7 days mean while my contractor started the work 10 days later the sales person calls that only half of the order is in and the rest will be another 8 days but not giving me a date. The manager never returns calls and avoided my calls same for the sales person. I ended cancelling the order I give them a negative 1 star for customer service.
