I hired Albert Arnmada to perform a replacement value apprasial. He completed the apprasial and presented it as an accurate accessment of the cost to rebuild my home. I presented his apprasial to three private property insurance companies and Ctizens each company's representative indicated independently that Albert Armado apprasial did not accurately capture the replace cost today. The report was charterized as Amateurish and unprofessional.



Equally, as disturbing is Albert Armado lack of decency to return serval messages left with his son and total disregard for me as paying customer
