Excellent service, they are absolute masters. I've had two big flat screens fixed by them. I own a dry cleaners, and recently the board on my dry cleaning machine went bad. A replacement was going to cost me $3000, but the owner, Ray, got in running like new in just a few hours. I highly recommend A&K.

DO NOT SEND YOUR ELECTRONICS HERE! I REPEAT! DO NOT! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I LOST $30 AND WAITED A MONTH



This guy "Ray" the owner of the shop, is a complete FOOL with terrible customer service! I sent my Canon DSLR camera in 9-29, today 10-27 and I ended up having to ask for my refund. This guy took my camera told me it'll take 3 hours to fix but the most time consuming part would be the part he ordered that supposedly comes in 3 days, so he told me it'll be fixed in a week. A week passes by, I ask him for the status, THEN he starts playing the run around game. He tells you his tech is still working on it, he'll call you back.....Never calls back. I call back, he now says the piece is coming in from new york that the tech will have it by the weekend...That goes by, 2 weeks later. I ask him so any luck, he gives me the run around AGAIN telling me he promises he'll call me back and have it fixed within the weekend. Another week goes by, 3 weeks I tell him im fed up, he tells me to come in the next two days it's done for sure. Now almost a month, im fed up with him and I tell him I need the camera, he lied and said " the camera has a glue that has to dry up, ill give you a call in an hour to pick up your camera, it works perfectly just have to wait", I waited and nothing, no call back AGAIN! (This guy never called me every time he said he was going to, I lost count after the tenth time), now today I show up and has the nerve to tell me to come back in 4 hours so the tech comes, I laughed at his face and told him to give me my refund. He didn't even apologize for the time and was talking on the phone giving me attitude because I asked for the refund. I lost $30 for the deposit and refunded the money I paid for the fix ($70).



Long story short, the OWNER will take your money, try to play you and give you the run around game, and never ends up fixing the product.



Look at the reviews before mine, he does this repeatedly, I cannot believe I didnt check the review before starting this repair with him, I am another victim. I REPEAT DO NOT EVER USE THIS GUYS SERVICES!!!

SO DISHONEST!!! I paid almost $100 for a “repair” that lasted less than a couple of hours!!! The next day when I came back so they give me my money back since they did NOT fix the tv, they responded ruthlessly and literally they gave me five minutes to prove the problem was still there. After I proved the problem persisted they refused to give me the money back! SO DISHONEST!!!



DESHONESTIDAD TOTAL!!! Pague casi $100 por una “reparacion” que duro menos de dos horas. Al dia siguiente cuando volvi a que me devolvieran mi dinero ya que NO arreglaron mi televisor, me respondieron de manera abusiva y me dieron literalmente cinco minutos para que yo, el cliente, les probara que el problema persistia. Asi lo hice y se negaron a devolverme el dinero. DESHONESTIDAD TOTAL!!!

My experience was a NIGHTMARE! I would not wish my experience on my WORST ENEMY!!!! I took my Samson speaker in to get the woofer replaced. They said they will check it and call me with an estimate in a day or 2.. A week later, NO CALL. so I call them, they lie to me saying "Oh, we were just going to call you, we will call you back in an hour with an estimate. now I usually am busy til about 6pm when they close, so I depend on them to call me back! they never did, I called back a total of 10 times before they gave me an estimate, which took 3 WEEKS to figure out!!!! They tell me they need to replace the woofer and repair the AMP (really? like I didn't know..) it will take 2 weeks tops.... it took them 2 MONTHS!!! 2 months of me calling them and them feeding me lies saying, "the part comes in tomorrow" or "we will call you in an hour". I cant even count on 1 hand how many times they said that exact line to me. Keep in mind I was kind and respectful this whole time, but everyone has their limits.. I tell them I have had enough with the LIES and MISINFORMATION, I tell them I want my speaker done in 3 days tops!!! They can tell Im upset, so they feed me what I want to hear.. I call in 3 days, turns out the pieces they ordered was the wrong ones, lmao.. so I have to wait another 2 WEEKS til they get the part and can install it..... my blood is boiling at this point, but I still remain cool and professional.... FINALLY, 2 and a half months later: after all the lies and bullsh*t they fed me they finally call me to pick up my speaker.. the job comes out to $140, $60 MORE then they said it would be. I pay them my money, say my goodbyes, and leave, excited like a kid in Christmas to have my speaker to work on my music again. I get home, connect my speaker, plug in the power, attach my gear, and guess what happens??????? ITS NOT WORKING!!! AS A MATTER OF FACT, ITS EXACTLY IN THE SAME SHAPE IT WAS IN WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN 2 AND A HALF MONTHS AGO!!!!! by the time I figure this out the place is CLOSED! I was so unbelievably angry I almost gave myself a stroke from stress.. I am still waiting for them to call me back and tell me how they are going to resolved this... FINAL VERDICT: The only positive thing I can say is that they were nice, THATS IT!!! THEY LIED TO ME, THEY GAVE ME FALSE INFORMATION AND THEY SUCK AT REPAIRING GEAR, NOT TO MENTION THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS I HAVE EVER WITNESSED, AND THIS IS COMING FROM SOMEONE WHO OWNS HIS OWN BUSINESS.. THEY JUST DON'T KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE OR SATISFY AN UNHAPPY COSTUMER.. ITS LIKE AN ALIEN LANGUAGE TO THEM... I WOULD RATHER DIE 100 TIMES THEN EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR REFLECTIONS ELECTRONICS IN SOUTH MIAMI. BOTH PLACES SUCK, AND HAVE SCREWED ME AND MY SIMPLE REPAIRS UP, AND COST ME WASTED $$$$$$$$$$!!!!! STAY AWAY! DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS, YOUR BETTER OFF LOOKING UP REPAIR VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE AND FIXING YOUR PROBLEM YOUR DAMN SELF!!!!!!! REPEAT: I WOULD RATHER DIE THEN DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN... IT WAS THAT BAD

This place doesnt follow their own policies and rips off people. This is a genuine review from a very disgruntled one time customer of AnK . I drove two hours to this place only to be ripped off. No estimate of repair given when I arrived. No itemization of bill. They charge ambiguous parts fees, so they can tax the whole repair, as there is no tax on laybor. They lied in my subsequent credit card dispute saying they had contacted me with an estimate of my repair but they in fact did not... They charged me 202.00 to replace an 8-track belt ! And I had supplied the belt! 202.00 in parts charges!!??? What parts?? I was initially given a " estimate " sheet with no amount on it, only showing my twenty buck cash deposit, ( why, they had my unit ) and on that sheet it states that any repair over 69.00 will not be performed until they call you or get your signature.. That was not done. No call, no signature other than the one I gave when I first dropped off the unit. Upon pickup I was not allowed to test my unit. I was told it worked..." Great " and I was told the tech who did the work didnt speak english... so I guess nobody there knew what he did?!!! Well somebody there does but they still couldnt explain. Im taking them to small claims court next.. These people are criminals. What a waste of time and money.. Small claims is gonna waste my time too but Im goning to be these peoples worst nightmare now.



Btw they are located in a very hard to find office complex with a tiny reception area filled with products for sale , items people had brought in to be repaired and refused to pay the exorbitant charges. They win either way.. They lack integrity totally and the sheer fact they stoop to " review " themselves shows they have no scruples at all.
