Dr. Matthew Sacks is a member of the Association of Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies, Association for Psychological Science, Anxiety Disorders Association of America and the American Psychological Association. He has published several peer-reviewed research articles on a variety of topics. Currently Dr. Sacks serves as the Chair of the Psychology Department at Touro College South, located on Miami Beach.

Dr. Matthew Sacks is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PY 7872) with extensive training in working with adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups. He has treated individuals with a variety of clinical issues including mood, anxiety, personality, and substance abuse disorders. Dr. Sacks earned his doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill. He has experience working in private practice, counseling centers, public hospitals, and Veterans Affairs hospitals.
