Living here for 9 years. Ideal location. Grounds are well kept. Washer and dryer in apt. Maintenance people are quick and efficient. Office personnel Carol Ann and Lisa are second to none. Would recommend this apt. Complex to one and all.

The staff at willowood are always friendly and helping pretty quick when an issue my happen.

Ms. Lisa made it very easy for me to move in and she was very helpful. I enjoy her help so much. She is a very caring person. I am glad to be living here in my first apartment.

I have been living here before Katrina. I got married and moved into a 2bedroom and I have not had a problem.I love it!

We have been living in Willow Wood apartments since the beginning of December and for my first time living in Metairie, I love it here. It's a quiet neighborhood. The people who live in these apartments are really nice when met up with. The office staff is super friendly and helpful! Couldn't of asked for a better apartment complex to live in!

This is my first apartment & the office staff made my move in so easy, great people, I love my place!

I have been living here since 2010. Have never had any real problems, love my apartment. When things break they get fixed, office staff is nice and grounds are clean.

I will be signing my 5th lease with them! I love my apartment and will be staying a while.

I looked online for months and saw different properties and saw reviews for this property and I had to live here!.I have been living at Willowood since October 2013 and I have to say I really like it! I have never seen a roach, mouse, bugs or anything!! Ms. Carol Ann and Lisa at front office are so nice and caring. IF anything does needs to be fixed they are on it right away and the maintenance guys Manny and David go out of their way to fix the problem. I like the way the apartments are structured where each address has 6 apartments. There is NO such thing as crime free area, but with gates here I do feel a lot safer. They keep property so clean and pretty.

I see myself being here for years to come!
