“On July 29, 2008, my tenant renting my condo had a fight with her boyfriend. She left the condo and he proceeded to trash the place. He dumped the potted plants all over the carpet and then poured milk on it. He also took condiments; Hershey’s chocolate syrup, ketchup, mayo, anything and everything from the fridge and dumped it and sprayed it everywhere. When I arrived the next day it was an incredible mess, the likes of which I have not ever seen! I just cried because I had just put brand new Berber carpet in the place six months earlier. Then I called a couple of carpet cleaning services. LUCKY FOR ME, Jason came out the next day first thing in the morning and immediately went to work! He transformed a complete disaster in two rooms to new condition! I could not believe my eyes when I walked into the place. The sour milk smell was gone! All the dirt, stains, and debris left behind by that maniac was history! Jason was highly professional, on time, and delivered on the promise “to make it like it never happened.”
