        They had my taxes for 3 months and never did a thing. I'm not even sure if they even so much as looked at them.



        The Accountant would never accept or return my calls, and when I would drop in to retrieve my tax information, noone could find them and the accountant was never in the office.



        I "finally" got my taxes back today and it was sitting on the receptionist's desk with my phone number; but yet noone ever called to inform me.



        This is after having dropped in yesterday to request my information back.



        Undependable and Unprofessional is an understatement......
