If you have a problem, you can forget the notion that the ownership of this complex is going to return calls or emails. On-site management is nice but will not provide you with direct contact information regardless if it is a life or death matter. They provide contact info but its only for comedy relief. Nobody is going to call you back.

I have Black Mold in my apt. I have had respiratory issues since I moved in. Stay away. Your car will be towed (300$) You will get nothing fixed and cannot call on their emergency line because the box is always full. Yes there is that many issues here.

Thebguybwith the review saying this place fixes things promptly had to have been paid to say that for a resident of 2 years I have a list of times they failed to work promptly..each November I get to spend a week plus showering in ice cold water and whennyou call Veronica in thenoffice has an attitude and has the nerve to try to get you off the phone asking things like "are you even on the lease" & as a matter of fact i am then onenon theblease just because you like to talk to my boyfriend instead! Thenbibtried asking for the email and what was wrong their phones voicemail because it asked for a pin and phone number and she snapped and me saying "i dont know and i have someone else on the line" she claims to have sent the maintenance man tonchecknitnout because of a leak *that is a year round leak*... he never came never once didnt see a crew out here and me and my family have been showering in ice water for 3 days! I can not find their email anywhere to email the complaintn in and thebladies are Damn near impossible tonl work with... if you want to live in Hell this is the place, ran by inconsiderate unprofessional people who refuse to hire professionals but have non problem paying under the table to an non marked company they won't give you the name of. Complain and they send out then yard crew to "inspect" your complex andnwithin the next dayb or twonofn complaint you will have a bogus fine...and coming from someone whose family came legally from mexico I don't think its fair for me tonshower with cold showers because youd rstherbhire and illegal grouonof men instead of a professional plumber for your never endingn water problem that effects us livingb here and not you who probably gets to go home and enjoy a nice hot shower... I got to take my step daughter to the dr because she got sick now my sick child is taking cold showers getting more sick and my dishes are piling up because I dont have time to boil water over and over to do my dishes... maybe y'all should put the maintenance email on your website for easy access for your never ending problems at this place.. for instance I had to call 911 (non emergency ) Christmas eve last year because they took off early for the holidays and left our building with absolutely no water... how's that for professionals? Would you honestly want to live inb a place that makes you want to die becausen of how crooked and sorry they are to their resident!! This isntneven halfn of it folks. UNLESS YOURE A DRUG DEALER OR SOME CRACKHEAD you WILL HATE THIS PLACE it is almost unlivable, and wa tchbout the kids around here with jack up any nice car and if they play with your kids watch for lice and bed bugs!! Mothers like to stay in denial because of their lack of education around here! SPANISH LAGOS IS A JOKE!!

these apts sucks. they have horrible management. They tow you car for crazy reasons. Its like they look for people cars to be taken and then act like they don't work with black bull towing company and can't do anything to get your car back. I would not have rated them this one because in my book they get zero. This is a shame. Hard working residents that leave over here trying to make it and they just trying to make more money off you by collecting it in towing fees. This apt should be shut down and I hate that I even moved over here. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone and all of them in that office sucks and have bad attitudes except that young guy. He is real nice and sweet. All of the rest of them should be fired. I wouldn't recommend this apts to anyone.

They dont care about their residents. Just moved in and my a/c doesn't work. They've been making empty promises to send someone to fix it for a week now. Still nothing. No matter how many complaint s I've made .

The management is charging me ...

The management is charging me late fee's on top of late fee's. My rent is due on the 1st I have until the 3rd to pay I have copies of my money orders dated the 3rd, for 9/3/2011 and 10/3/2011.In Sept.I received a late fee notice, I went to the office to ask for information, the leasing agent stated that she didn’t receive my money order until the 5th, I told her I bought the money order on the 3rd and put it in the mail slot that evening. I asked her if she had a copy of the money order, and a print out of my ledger. She stated that they don’t make it a habit of doing that, I asked her to print out my ledger to see when she posted the payment she stated she couldn’t do that. I then spoke to the manager about the issue I told her that I was going to record our conversation, when I asked her the same questions she walked out of the office and refused to speak to me.She then told her assistant to call the police if I went back into the office. Since then I have been harassed with 24 hr. eviction notices, electricity shut off's,lockout it's a weekly event and they always post the notes late in the evening before they close the office. If I try to call for information the voicemail is full, there is no emergency number, for maintenance or even major incidents. They don’t have the corporate company information anywhere on site; they won’t give me the company name let alone a supervisor or corporate number. Martha the manager states that she is the owner and that the property office is the corporate. I have put in writing numerous work orders that have yet to be repaired. My A/C was not working for two weeks. I had to call the City of Mesquite to get them to repair it. In the month of October, I paid my rent on the same date on 3rd and was sent a notice of $120 late fees. On a weekly basis they send out the same notices. This past weekend I they put a notice on my door for $230.My TAA lease states that my rent is due on or before the 3rd of the month.Intitial late fees start $50 with $10 per day after that date until paid in full. Daily charges will not exceed 15 days for any single month's rent. We will not impose charges until at least the third day of the month. I have asked them numerous times to correct this mistake and to stop their constant harassment
