Granberry Supply/Hose Power in Phoenix is probably 1 of the very few companies that I would rate as a 5 star companies. Myself and my husband are seniors visiting Arizona this winter for the 1st time. We decided to stay in an RV park in Mesa. Long story short, Mesa does not allow LP companies to come to the parks and refill the RV propane tank that are built into motorhomes, thus forcing us to rent or purchase an external tank that can be switched out when the LP gas runs out. We were advised that we required a special hose by the LP company and were referred to Granberry Supply. We went and had the hose required made and paid for it. The LP company came back but advised they were not allowed to go under out rv and connect the hose. We then had to call a mobile RV company.



After spending some time reviewing companies, I went with a company that had what sounded like a great reputation with only 1 not so nice review. I book them, they came out, said what I had was wrong, and after paying money for them to do another quick repair on our coach, what in the end of our nightmare was another 5 attempts to come out where in 2 of the appointments they actually showed up. After paying them more than $500.00, they said that Granberry Supply, the hose supplier, made a faulty hose and it was leaking at both ends, and to add insult to injury they charged us and additional $141 to tell us this.



We called Granberry Supply/HOSE Power and on the 3rd day a mobile tech named Richard L. came out. After discussion with him, and the company regarding charging a service call, they were quick to say no charge. Richard spent the better part of a day here, trying to fix and replace stripped, bent and missing parts that the other company had done. He actually took pictures to show us so my 72 year old husband didn't have to crawl under our coach. Richard had to leave to get new parts, he purchased a 4 port LP connection part that we were charged for by the other company, along with a tube of sealant that we would require later, out of his own pocket. When my husband tried to give him some money, he refused. We have had our faith restored in some people and businesses in the Mesa area, and if anyone requires any type of hydraulic, LP or other hose type equipment, for your rv, or a mobile tech, we highly recommend Granberry Supply and their amazing tech Richard L. They are truly an outstanding company the deserves to be recognized for their customer service and if you're looking for a company that is going to be honest and go the extra mile for you, please give them a call.
