I have been dealing with Computer Care Clinic for several years and I can tell you, but far, they are the best. They are honest, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to ensure that you receive the best service and advice. Plus they are insured and bonded to protect you information. Superior Service. They are truly the best in Brevard.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I've been taking my computers to them for years and have never had a bad experience. They are the only people I would trust out of all the computer service providers in the area.

My experience with Computer Care Clinic was frustrating and humiliating. Bottom line: a technician with terrible customer service tried to convince me that a virus infection required a $170 fix and was caused by my bad internet practices. She could tell me for sure what the issue was if I paid $60 for her to 'hook my computer up to the scanner'.

I went home and fixed the issue in 15 minutes. For free.

I will never go back. It felt like a scam and she treated me as if I were computer illiterate.

This review is for the Merritt Island location. The situation may be vastly different at other locations.

Let me begin by saying this re...

Let me begin by saying this review is about the Merritt Island Store on 520 across from Big Lots with the same name which is associated with the Melbourne store.

My laptop had slowed way done after downloading a large quantity of pictures. The store is located on Highway 520 across from Big Lots. Upon entering you will see a collection of used dusty computers, a few musical instruments, and a large bird cage complete with bird and bird poop. It took sometime for a person to come out from the curtain?

I was told they would take a look and get back to me. They assumed that it was viruses and explained the two choices.

After 2 days I heard back that I needed a new hard drive. I stated that I would only invest the money for a new hard drive if they could transfer all the old data and software. I was assured that it would be exactly the same as when i dropped it off.

When I went to pick it up I was told that the clone didn't work, so I lost all my software. I asked , "why they did not call me and tell me this before they proceeded??? No answer.

I lost all my software, they did manage to retain my documents, etc. When I got home the wifi didn't work, so i took it back. The guy started talking about my router before he even looked at it. I explained that it was not my router as i had three other computers connecting fine. Bad service, bad communication, snooty tech.

The worst CPU clinic

So I brought my computer to this guy because I had a registry issue. The guy told me that it would be a day or two, I understand that everything is not as easy as it seems. I call a couple of days later to check and had to leave a message with a lady and never herd from him so I give it a few more days and call back, still couldnt get a hold of him. After two weeks of this he finally calls me and says to come pick it up. When I got there he told me that I needed a new processor and motherboard. He also tried very hard to upsell me one of hiis rebuilt CPU. On closer inpection while I was still there I noticed that I was missing a 1gb stick of ram. When I inquired about it he told me that it wasn't there ( I looked up the specs to nake sure). He then goes to tell me that I took it out myself ( a stick is $30-$50). Why would I break my CPU to pay him $150 to fix it. So he blatenly stole from me. I would assume because he couldnt fix it so he had to make something on it. To sum it up now since he couldn't fix it and he had to be a scumb bag I had to go buy a CPU. All over a registry problem.
