Established in 1984, James Goucher Remodeling and Construction is a full service company that can handle all phases of your project, from design to finish, including kitchen and bathroom remodeling, basement finish, additions, decks, new door and window installations and all other types of carpentry and finish work.We are a conscientious and respectful team, who will work with you to make your ideas and dreams a reality.We make it our priority to not only perform exceptional craftsmanship, but to treat your home and property as if it were our own. This means no foul language or loud music and keeping the work site neat and organized throughout construction and leaving the area clean when the work is finished.We are fully insured and properly licensed, including Home Improvement Contractor registration and the new RRP certification for lead paint.We have a long list of satisfied clients and would be happy to give out references upon request.
