Staples

WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!! i purchased a Laptop on 12/16 there and opened it Monday the 19th for work and noticed a small scratch on the top, so i started using the laptop and the screen display is horrible and hurt my eyes so i tried to return it and the general manager was very nasty and mean and yelled at me that she wouldn't take it back, i just wanted to exchange it for a computer with a different display but she would help me because of a factory scratch and told me that i scratched because they only sell new computers. so i called customer support and they told me that staples would take it back. so this time i called the store and she very meanly told me she wouldn't take it back and that staples customer support line lied, she became very unprofessional yelling at me, i remained civil but she obviously couldn't as she told me to deal with and suck it and she would never return it. she should no be an manger if she cant act civil i hope she loses her job honestly because she doesn't deserve to be a manager if she has poor people skills.
