        This matter was brought up with the BBB. At no time did I leave him or his family stranded. I did everything I could to resolve this problem with the consumer. The BBB even dropped the arbitration because they felt he had no grounds for his complaint. Please do not make false accusations if your are not knowledgable in the subject matter in question.
