Hickory Ridge Lake Apartments

I Love The Upgrades To The Apartment Buildings! They recently gave all of the buildings new washers and dryers. The thing that I love the most about Hickory Ridge.Is that when its time to sign a new lease they dont charge a whole lot of money to renew your leases!

I lived there for about two years and just moved out recently. I could not deal with the attitudes of the people in the office, I am not a rude person and I do not like rude people, and the first time I called to get something repaired as soon as the lady picked up the phone she was laughing then told me to hold, I could hear her in the background finishing up a personal (too personal) conversation with at least one other woman. I told her that I thought that it was rude and unprofessional the way she handled the call and I that I over heard her conversation, she got an attitude and said that it was a personal conversation and that I shouldn't have been listening if I thought that it was inappropriate. From then on every time I called to get something fixed (which was too often) it never took less than 3 weeks before someone would come out, right before my neighbor moved out (she used to work in the office) she told me that it wasn't the maitnence men, that the people in the office are the ones who tell the maitnece which apartments to do each day, and if they didn't like you for whatever reason than your repair just gets pushed back and back. Up until this point I thought the maintenance men were the problem. This is just one of the reasons I moved, but definetly the main one, I shouldn't have to deal with the uncomfortable attitudes every time I go to pay my rent. Nice area horrible customer service.
