Urgent Care

I should have listened to past patients. I'm very surprised they are still in business. Yes, the receptionist is extremely rude and unfriendly. Why is she still there? After filling out papers we asked about the wait time an receptionist had a quick sharp matter of fact answer. Thus, we picked up our belongings and went to another urgent care.

I went twice in the same week for extreme lower back pain (kidney stones) I needed some relief. I waited an hour the first day, paid my copay no one in front of me. after an hour someone came out that I hadnt seen before so they had been in the back for a longer amount of time that I had been waiting. I left. Came back 2 days later. waited 2 hours. after 1 hour 3 people came out of the back and yet no one else was called back. DO not go here if you have plans, need to be seen fast, or do not want to wait over an hour. the 2 times I gave this place a try the people that were being seen were back there longer than hour. after waiting god knows how long. Let's also add the guy sitting next to me started snoring.

Receptionist was very rude, no patients in clinic still made to wait 20min. When seen doc was condescending and rude, horrible bedside manner dealing with sick 3yr old. Got there co-pay then told nothing wrong to go home. had to take child to different doctor next morning. after being seen was diagnosed with ear infection , croup, and given anti biotic, steroids, and cough meds. no way child went from being fine to that condition in 12hrs.

patient care is very poor all they want to do is collect co-pay and insurance and shove you out door. They do not care about your medical condition. I would not recommend to anyone. save your money and go to a different location, hopefully you wont get same doc.

What a horrible place. My son had a very bad ear ache and was crying. We live just down the street from this place and i took him there in hopes that they could give him something for the pain since it was already 5 pm and our regular doctor's office was closed. They would not let me in the door. A lady there said that they closed 20 minutes ago and that there was nothing she could help me with. Their site says that they should be open till 5:30 pm daily. Do not go there. They are just awful!!!!

Idk what is going on but I have spent allot off money with these people for not having insurance my Co~ pay is 200 each time and the doctor spends 2 mins with me and does not even do what I need plus they never answer phone and are always closed for no reason

Take the time and drive somewhere else. My first visit to this place they were late opening. That was about two months after they first opened. The person behind the desk wasn't really friendly. My physician is all the way in south huntsville and I work about three miles from this place. I stopped in yesterday after work. They had a sign posted that said closed today. I stopped in again today figuring they would be open today. There was the same sign on the door. They had no dates, just TODAY. It is bad business to be an "Urgent Care" and be closed for two days straight especially a Monday and Tuesday. That is just absurd. Skip this place and drive the seven extra minutes to the Walk in care center over on University and Sparkmen Drive.

Never go ! They are not friendly at all ! Make sure you will spend more than a couple of hours in exam room, just waiting for the doctor to come and spend 1-2 minutes with you.
