At first my experience was good. The salesman was nice and I thought we were getting a pretty good deal. Well, you get what you pay for. Their price on a new Bryant furnace and a/c was quite a bit cheaper than the competition, but they messed up so much stuff at my house and never found the real issue. We paid them to add return vents upstairs because the rooms up there are so hot. They decided to do it the easy way vs the right way and put a large hole in the middle of my daughter's wall then said they had to do it that way. Luckily after I complained they sent someone else out to fix it. By this point they had already ruined our old furnace that we asked to keep, and flooded our laundry room. They said they could send someone out to fix the drywall, but we didn't want them back in our house. We said we would hire our drywall guy and they could pay for it, well we still haven't seen that money back or anything for all of the time and headache they caused us. So disappointing!
Excellent service. I got burned by another company and this company had a very professional technician who did the job right. Very qualified and fair.
do not patronize this business.... they way overcharge and are not honest.... when I complained to the manager he called me a liar.... absolutely avoid this outfit !!!!
