Zappy's Auto Washes

I went to the Willowick location. My van was not even close to clean and upon further inspection, I realized the wash broke my rear window washer arm. I tried talking with the owner regarding the broken windshield washer arm and his response was that it couldn't have happened at his car wash and his insurance wouldn't cover it. Stay away from there car washes at all cost. Horrible car wash and worse customer service!!!!! NEVER going to one of the car washes again or there beverage store or Accounting service in Concord, Ohio again.

Do not go to machine one in eastlake. It didn't even spray leaves off, and when I called and told them about it they said I got the $4 dollar was thats why.. not good business ethics.
