The classes are not for someone who lacks artistic ability. The woman that ran the class I attended wasn't helpful at all. She didn't have enough supplies for everyone at the tables and was not attentive at all. The woman that assisted us the first time I went there was not helpful at all. I felt like she didn't want to help those not in the class room setting. I was able to choose what was going to be very simple for me and something I wouldnt mind paying for as I was kinda able to do decent on. So that was the better choice for me, someone with zero artistic ability. I hardly ever review a business and I can't even recall when I posted a bad review but this was the second time I was dissatisfied with there Customer Service, personalities and helpfulness so I felt I should share my opinion hoping it would be useful to someone not to bash a local business. It just wasn't my cup of tee.

Deceiving , not honest , misrepresenting . I had 2 kids with 2 projects. Based on previous conversation I was expect to recive 2 coupons, one for each guest. When we back to pick up our items we were given only one coupon for future visit. When I ask about the second coupon for the second child , the owner sad it is only one per transaction.

Make sure if you have a few visitors with you to pay for each project ( guest) separate , to recive your future coupon for each guest. My daughter was upset about my decision , but I explained her why. Even there birthday packages stated each guest will recive there future coupon. The way they telling me now how there coupon distribution is works , only one person in this Birday Party should receive future coupon , since it is a one transaction (1 order). Both my kids were very upset that I will never bring them back to this place again. I would rather Busy Bees to not offer there future coupons at all , then having situations like this.
