Hanson Soft Water

I purchased a water softener from this business almost 27 years ago based on a recommendation from a co-worker. They were knowledgeable and no pressure and I have been satisfied ever since.



A few days ago, I noticed the floor was damp around the softener and well pressure tank. The softener had run the night before and I suspected there was some kind of leak. I called Hanson's and they suggested several thing that could be the problem. I asked how much it would be to check it out and they gave me a relatively modest estimate but offered to help me troubleshoot and fix the problem myself. They walked me through the process on the phone. The discharge hose had become brittle over time and had a small hole. I bought a new hose and clamp for about $9.00 and fixed the problem!



Hanson could have sold me a new softener or a service call but did not try to take advantage of the situation! Their softener gives great water quality, lasts a long time, and they provide great, trustworthy service!

I am very pleased with the service I received from Hanson Soft Water. You can tell Hanson’s is in it to make there customers happy. Everyone at the company was very helpful from the ladies that answered my calls to the gentlemen that came to my house to give me a FREE ESTAMATE with no strings attached they were not even low pressure but no pressure. The installers were very through and did an excellent job explaining my system for me. My water has never been better. My skin is not dry due to the wonderful softener and I have not hauled a single bottle of water in my house in over 3 years. I also go the Reverse Osmosis system at my sink so I know have clear ice cubes and bottle water from the sink!!!
