Dr. Moses, board certified in clinical neuropsychology, has practiced independently as a clinical psychologist and diagnostic neuropsychologist in California since 1975. He also is licensed as a clinical psychologist in New Mexico. In addition to private practice, he is chief of neuropsychology programs at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, Palo Alto. Dr. Moses' private practice is limited to diagnostic psychological and neuropsychological assessment of adolescent (age 16 and older) and adult clients of all ages.Service is provided directly to individual clients who are referred for evaluation by physicians, psychologists, other allied mental health professionals, and attorneys as well as consulting to agencies that arrange independent medical (neuropsychological) evaluations for insurance companies and other organizations who may require the services that we provide.We look forward to speaking with you and to serving you.
