        I hired the personal trainer also when I paid my membership dues for a whole year, and I don't believe he was very attentive to his job. then when I cancelled with the personal trainer, they charged me anyway and I went to my bank and wanted them to put the money back in my account and Fitness 19 sent a chargeback rebuttal saying that I never went into the facility and discussed any issue regarding my cancellation of the personal trainer and therefore should pay the money for services I never got to begin with. Terrible business ethics.
