So here I am with my wife, Elizabeth, and we ordered two whopper combos with fresh fries. We received our food and sat down. I open my sandwhich and low and behold I have two dime size tomatoes. My wife agrees to go up. and get me some new tomatoes while I eat my Mac and cheese. My wife gets to the counter and tells Alexia the girl who waited on us about the problem and asks for some tomatoes on a napkin as the sandwhich was made wrong. "what is the problem with the sandwhich?" The cook brittany screams from the back. "I made the sandwich right, what is your problem?" My wife explains the tomatoes were tiny and could she get some new tomatoes. "I made the sandwich right, what is your problem?" Smigel screams louder, Brittany , The manager on duty, comes up and starts screaming, "if you want some new tomatoes, bring the sandwich up here." She screams this at my wife so loud that the atrium glass was shaking. She screams it three more times at my wife before I came up and gave her the sandwich and showed her the tiny tomatoes. She said to Brittany, " it is made wrong, why are we serving small tomatoes?" My wife demanded and adjustment and Bittany, queen of scream, said " I was right." and threw the sandhich at my wife. I talked to Mars the next day and he said that he did not find anything that was done was wrong. The names have been changed to protect the guilty.
The district manager, Jim Wolter, did not find their actions troublesome and said in Menasha the Health dept demands it be done in this way with the screaming.
