Waggoner Law Firm is not a firm that will go the extra mile for all clients. My brother had a total of three misdemeanor cases and was advised to plead guilty to all three cases by this law firm. The defense was poor, no preliminary hearing was offered on any of the cases, and he successfully completed the Drug Court Program graduated and the charges are still on his record to this day and has had so many hurdles with obtaining jobs due to these guilty pleas. My brother has a mental disorder and learning disorder and can barely read on a 8th grade level. So how was he able to understand the guilty pleas that he was coerced into signing? You tell me! The cases were rushed and bare minimum research was done. There was no mental evaluation was done, no treatment was presented to the attorney general on his condition for them to lessen his sentence. If you want a fair chance with the criminal justice system do not go to Waggoner Law Firm. Our family is currently in the process of working on a post conviction appeal.
