Beautiful, clean building with new equipment. They take good care of this place. They accept credit cards now too.

I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE IGNORANCE DISPLAYED BY SAID COMPANY N STAFF. I ARRIVED EARLY AM PUT CLOTHES IN WASHER N LEFT TO RUN ERRANDS. DURING ONE OF MY CYCLES THE WHOLE SIDE(7 WASHERS) WENT OUT OF SERVICE... WHILE MY CLOTHES WERE STILL IN IT. SO THEY CRAMPED MY SCHEDULE OF COURSE. THE OWNER THEN PLACED MY CLOTHES IN ANOTHER WASHER FOR FREE JUST TO COMPENSATE ME. I RETURN ABOUT AN 2HRS LATER TO FINISH OFF THE ONE LOAD. UPON MY RETURN I FIND THEM SPINNING IN THE DRYER....THERE LIES THE PROBLEM. THEY DRIED, SHRUNK, COLOR FADED MY DELICATES....TOTALLY RUINED!! WHO ASKED THEM TO DRY MY STUFF? I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH MANAGEMENT CUZ THE ATTENDANT WAS TRYING TO BRUSH ME OFF!!! I DO NOT DRY ANYTHING BUT SOCKS N UNDERWEAR N PAJAMAS N THINGS OF THAT NATURE FOR DURABILITY! I HANG DRY EVERYTHING..PERIOD...LASTS LONGER!!! THE MANAGER TRIED TO BRUSH ME OFF TOO. SO THEN I ASKED FOR NAMES OF OWNER SO THAT I MAY CONTACT HIM MYSELF.. SHE THEN WENT IN THE OFFICE AND HID AROUND THE CORNER TOTALLY IGNORING ME N ALL OTHER PATRONS...SO TO PROVE I WAS THERE.... I CALLED THE POLICE TO GET AN INCIDENT REPORT N THEY TRIED TO MAKE ME LOOK LIKE I WAS THE AGGRESSOR. WHAT? NEVER AGAIN.....TOTALLY TRASHY WAY OF HANDLING THINGS....THERE IS NO REASONING WITH THIS COMPANY...THEY DIDN'T EVEN CARE TO HEAR WHAT I HAD TO SAY...TOTALLY DISMISSED ME...ANYBODY CAN OBTAIN A BUSINESS LICENSE OBVIOUSLY!!!!

For years Larry and Mike have been basically the only choice for laundry equipment in the Mid-South. Boy, with the wonders of the Internet and the addition of new distributors, my eyes have been opened. How many times have you heard the best warranty in the business pitch? Not true. Best service? Not true. Energy savings? Not true. I think the thing that really irks me is purchasing equipment, then having them sell your competitor the same thing down the street. Or better yet, build their own coin laundry just blocks from you! I got stuck with equipment that they sold to my competitor for $1,000 less per machine. If you're expecting customer loyalty and customer service, go somewhere else.
