Come check it out!!!! I had been working out for years and getting discouraged. I decide to go to the TAB classes couple days of the week. I started seeing results right away!!! I started working with a personal trainer there Ms. Camille two days a week and the benefits has been great!!!! I went from 147 lbs. to 133 lbs. but the inches came off like crazy!!! The trainers there are great and determined to get results. I would advise anyone to try it at least the TAB classes and the price is reasonable.

JCB FITNESS IS A PLACE FOR PPL THAT ARE SERIOUS ABOUT THEIR HEALTH . MR. BUSH IS NOT THE TYPE THAT HOLDS YOUR HAND IF YOU ARE SERIOUS HE'S THERE TO DO ONE THING AND ONE THING ONLY GET YOU IN SHAPE ! I STARTED IN MAY 07 @ 198 POUNDS 5'3 YEAH THATS RIGHT HE WAS TOUGH ON ME BUT WITH A LITTLE DEDICATION WE PULLED IT OFF NOW I'M DOWN TO 145 AND KEEPIN IT DOWN . DUE TO MEDICAL CONDITIONS I HAVE NOT BEEN IN ONE YEAR. SO IT'S NOT THE TRAINER IT'S WHAT'S IN YOUR HEART . I GIVE JCB FITNESS A BIG THUMBS UP .KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MR. BUSH

Not a great place to work out. The personal sessions are a waste of money, don't waste your time. Also the crime is bad in Fox Meadows area. Several cars broken in, whild clients worked out.
