Mike Galloway, Service Manager of Jack Sisemore Traveland in Amarillo Texas. We had a customer traveling into Memphis, and found out the lights on their trailer were not working. I called and talked to Amy in service, and she was very professional and understanding of our problem; and even though they were very busy she told me she would work them in and try to help them. My customer called me later and told me that Amy got them right in and found the problem and they were back on the road to enjoy their vacation. Thank you Amy for all the help.

Workers drove large lag bolts through the inside of my camper trailer damaging the interior walls. Sold me a like new 4-month old awning that has a broken component and rust on the lifting supports. Sold me a used swaybar as "new" which was throughly rusted and obviously came from a used trailer. They failed to caulk all of the roof and gutter after replacing the roof. Although they offered to try and repair the damage they inflicted I simply do not believe my trailer will survive another encounter with their workers.
