Baptist Memorial Health Care

My daughter went to the Baptist ER, Memphis, TN. Staff refused her care. She told them she had strep before. She had no fever, no congestion, no coughing, no shortness of breath and no other symptoms other than extremely severe reddened sore throat and could hardly swallow. The staff informed her to try elsewhere like an Urgent care clinic! Her boyfriend was with her and asked if they would at least check her throat and they refused.
That is an example of unprofessional and non compassionate medical staff. Strep can progress to a much more serious condition. It's nothing short of abandonment by medical staff. If they aren't going to work and perform their job to the best of their ( lacking )training then they shouldn't be getting paid.
