West Lake Hospital

This is a worst hospital, please, please and please avoid going to this hospital.

We ended up in emergency and no one took care of my little baby, even I had a good insurance, they asked deductible up front, I did pay. I waited doctor even he did not bother to come in first place. After we got cat scan, they said baby moved, but we did tie up the baby, even so she did had fan, did not move or cry. the could not find anything and they said baby looks OK, but she moved a little bit and they are not sure about result. Really they want to make us stay and charge a lot to our insurance, but I don't care for charges, I only care about for waiting and be neglected. Even doctor told to nurse to bring cherry flavor electrolyte to baby, nurse just ignored after 20 minutes waiting my wife went there and asked they gave little infant bottle with just no color ore test electrolyte, she refused, they said that is it we cannot give you other then that. We asked to be discharged from hospital, and my wife was upset and little irritated, she said to nurse her experience at the hospital, they said nothing but reported to child service and to police. Police and child service shoved up at 11 pm and asked around about us, neighbors called us in morning and told us. May be we are not best parents in the world but we are kind of late bloomers and had our kids after mid 30's so we do really appreciate to our babies, and I do have decent income to provide my family and we only provide them organic food and brad name and new clothes and toys. This is our story believing it or not it's up to you, but be very careful and do not visit that hospital at all, please.

this is the worst hospital in the state of illinois please dont go their even if u have a emergency drive that extra mile to another hospital because they treat u like dogs their well they really treat dogs better than people if u want to be taken care of dont go their they are very nasty people and i mean each and everyone of them are nasty please dont go their its the worst hospital in illinois im telling you the trurth.
