Doctor was rude during last two visits, did not do prior authorizations as promised, did not work with me on payments (doctor claimed he would work out options even if there wasn't any insurance which was a blatant lie), and the doctors attitude was very condescending without any sort of provocation. Avoid this doctor if you're a young age or look like anything other than a clean cut donald trump supporter.

Dr. Starr is hands down the best doctor in Melbourne. He really takes the time to listen to his patients and give the proper diagnosis and remedy. He has even made himself available after hours for emergency prescriptions when I had the flu. I highly recommend Dr.Starr if you are looking for a primary CARE physician that truly CARES about your well-being.
