        Overall

        Many thanks to David Jacoby and staff for taking on a difficult case at the last minute, listening to concerns and dealing with emotional issues. And we all ended the process with an excellent resolution. And in a very short time frame. Late nights, immediate feedback from staff, what else can you ask for?
