        Overall
        Used to be a nice place to shop.

        I have no idea what happened with this store but it has seriously gone downhill. There is a high employee turnover. The prices are high. No longer impressed.

        We shop the store on Crater Lake Ave. They compete well with the largest pet suppy stores in the Rogue Valley. Greater percentage of time their prices are better and selection equals big box pet stores. Specialty items may cost more. Be an educated consumer. Staff are always friendly and never fail to offer help.
