I need to chime in about the wife/receptionist? Very rude, laughed at me when I was in crisis with water in my basement, no bedside manner whatsoever. Frank does seem like a nice guy & competent. The other half needs an attitude adjustment.

Frank seven does good work but trying to get the appointment made with the woman who answers the phone is a trying experience . Not only is she rude but times aren’t really guaranteed . It is understandable that people who lose heat in the wintertime need to be prioritized as far as their job appointments but at the same time, The rest of us need to function raising our children and meeting our job requirements for scheduling Weekly . They’re probably understaffed as they don’t want to commit to coming for jobs that aren’t a complete heat loss in a house during the winter.
At the end of the day I just wanted to make an appointment. I couldn’t do it because when I asked when Frank could show up (if he couldn't show up the day that they were able to due to a high volume of homes without heat emergencies) , if not that day , what’s the soonest day they could come again, I never got an answer to that question . And i asked twice ...
Understaffed businesses should not be the customers fault . It’s no excuse and it’s unprofessional.
The wife answering the calls is consistently rude.

Frank was able to troubleshoot our commercial HVAC unit quickly, replaced the parts required and was extremely reasonable. We are so happy we were introduced to him! Thanks Frank!

We have used this business in the past and were very happy with the work and quick response. Recently, we needed more work done and immediately contacted them again. Unfortunately, appointments were cancelled at the last minute by the company and when the third appointment was made, the owner did not show up. We did not receive a phone call. I left a message to reschedule and did not receive a call back. I called the next day and was told to "find someone else" because the owner is "too busy to do this job and it's too small." I am very disappointed as I believed that this business was one we could count on. I was sadly mistaken.

horrible business!, its amazing how small businesses like this survive, his wife handles the phones and is the most obnoxious person I've ever dealt with. He's an old school plumber replaced a hot water heater and joined copper and galvanized steel, all the steel is rotted out and needs to now be replaced. I considered calling consumer affairs, but i just rather never deal with them again.
